Section 21, Foreigners Law (Application and Amendment) Act, 1962 [S1H-0JZ]

21. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every foreigner shall maintain such records and registers relating to residence in India as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every foreigner shall furnish to the passport authority a return in Form A within ninety days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the passport authority may, by order in writing, require.
