12. Procedure for the running of a canteen.—(1) Every holder of a canteen licence shall, before undertaking the running of a canteen, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the licence concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
