10. Procedure for the operation of a firing range.—(1) Every licensee of a firing range shall, before undertaking the operation of a firing range, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
