11. Procedure for the working of a railway.—(1) Every railway administration shall, before undertaking the working of a railway, intimate the Railway Administration in writing, specifying the railway concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Railway Administration may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
