14. Procedure for the execution of contracts.—(1) Every contractor shall, before undertaking the execution of contracts, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the record concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
