Section 18, Orissa Weights and Measures (Delhi Repeal) Act, 1958 [S1F-4H2]

18. Registration of services provider.—(1) Every service provider shall, within forty-five days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the provision of services after such commencement, within forty-five days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Central Authority in Form A, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees. (2) The Central Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No service provider shall carry on the provision of services unless registered under this section.
