32. Registration of workmans.—(1) Every workman shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins employment in an industry after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector in Form III, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees. (2) The Chief Inspector shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No workman shall carry on employment in an industry unless registered under this section.
