Rule 4, Manipur (Courts) Act Rules, 1956 [S1D-C92]

4. Register of legals practitioner.—The High Court shall maintain a register of legals practitioner registered under the Act in Form C, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
