3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Director-General in Form A, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Director-General shall, within seven days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form B.
