2. Amendment of section 6.—In section 6 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 (12 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "two hundred rupees", the words "four thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
