Section 32, State Armed Police Forces (Extension of Laws) Act, 1952 [S1B-XSW]

32. Registration of keepers of a place of public resort.—(1) Every keeper of a place of public resort shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the conduct of a place of public resort after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the District Magistrate in Form III, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees. (2) The District Magistrate shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No keeper of a place of public resort shall carry on the conduct of a place of public resort unless registered under this section.
