Section 60, Companies (Donations to National Funds) Act, 1951 [S1B-B89]

60. Registration of creditors.—(1) Every creditor shall, within one hundred and eighty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the recovery of debts after such commencement, within one hundred and eighty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form INC-1, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees. (2) The Registrar of Companies shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No creditor shall carry on the recovery of debts unless registered under this section.
