13. Procedure for the conduct of court auctions.—(1) Every court auctioneer shall, before undertaking the conduct of court auctions, intimate the High Court in writing, specifying the process concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The High Court may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
