Rule 10, Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act Rules, 1949 [S1A-07P]

10. Procedure for the administration of the Fund.—(1) Every trustee shall, before undertaking the administration of the Fund, intimate the Central Board in writing, specifying the scheme concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Central Board may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
