14. Procedure for the entry into a defence installation.—(1) Every person employed in a defence installation shall, before undertaking the entry into a defence installation, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the pass concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
