Rule 4, Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act Rules, 1950 [S1A-DXP]

4. Register of owners of a vessel.—The Director-General shall maintain a register of owners of a vessel registered under the Act in Form 3, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
