11. Procedure for the cultivation of land.—(1) Every farmer shall, before undertaking the cultivation of land, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the society concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
