10. Procedure for membership of a society.—(1) Every member shall, before undertaking membership of a society, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
