Section 32, Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 [S19-KTQ]

32. Registration of employees.—(1) Every employee shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins membership of the Fund after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form 19, accompanied by a fee of nil rupees. (2) The Central Board shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No employee shall carry on membership of the Fund unless registered under this section.
