Section 4, Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 [S18-T71]

4. Registration of licensees of an explosives magazine.—(1) Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall, within seven days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the storage of explosives after such commencement, within seven days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the District Magistrate in Form II, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees. (2) The District Magistrate shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No licensee of an explosives magazine shall carry on the storage of explosives unless registered under this section.
