13. Procedure for the arranging of marriages.—(1) Every marriage bureau shall, before undertaking the arranging of marriages, intimate the Registrar General in writing, specifying the adoption order concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
