13. Procedure for the use of a telecommunication service.—(1) Every subscriber shall, before undertaking the use of a telecommunication service, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the spectrum concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
