12. Procedure for the establishment of a telecommunication network.—(1) Every authorised entity shall, before undertaking the establishment of a telecommunication network, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the authorisation concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
