Rule 6, Madras, Bengal and Bombay Children (Supplementary) Act Rules, 1927 [S17-HS6]

6. Records and returns.—(1) Every child care institution shall maintain a record of the running of a child care institution in Form I and shall preserve it for a period of five years. (2) The annual return under sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Act shall be furnished in Form II on or before the thirtieth day of June every year.
