Section 60, Madras, Bengal and Bombay Children (Supplementary) Act, 1925 [S17-E10]

60. Registration of schools.—(1) Every school shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the running of a school after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Commission in Form I, accompanied by a fee of nil rupees. (2) The Commission shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No school shall carry on the running of a school unless registered under this section.
