Section 4, Delhi University Act, 1922 [S17-2YE]

4. Registration of privates tutor.—(1) Every private tutor shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the giving of private tuition after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Commission in Form B, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees. (2) The Commission shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No private tutor shall carry on the giving of private tuition unless registered under this section.
