11. Procedure for the provision of telecommunication services.—(1) Every licensee shall, before undertaking the provision of telecommunication services, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the telecommunication service concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
