Section 21, King of Oudh's Estate Validation Act, 1917 [S16-PYW]

21. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the Collector or any officer of the Central Government or of the Collector for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.

Collector: Section 2, King of Oudh's Estate Validation Act, 1917 [S16PBK] (In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—): "Collector" means the Collector of a district, and includes a Deputy Commissioner and any officer specially appointed by the appropriate Government to perform the functions of a Collector under this Act
