Section 25, Post Office Cash Certificates Act, 1917 [S16-MFK]

25. Registration of persons holding an authorisation.—(1) Every person holding an authorisation shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the use of spectrum after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Authority in Form B, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees. (2) The Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No person holding an authorisation shall carry on the use of spectrum unless registered under this section.
