13. Procedure for the running of a hostel.—(1) Every hostel shall, before undertaking the running of a hostel, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the examination concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
