Section 32, Sir Dinshaw Maneckjee Petit Act, 1893 [S15-5TA]

32. Registration of registereds establishment.—(1) Every registered establishment shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the running of an establishment after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Controller in Form C, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees. (2) The Controller shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No registered establishment shall carry on the running of an establishment unless registered under this section.
