Rule 3, King of Oudh's Estate Act Rules, 1890 [S14-QJG]

3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Collector in Form 1, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Collector shall, within thirty days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form 2.
