2. Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Board" means the Board constituted under section 3; (b) "member" means a member of the Board and includes the Chairperson; (c) "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Board appointed under section 4; (d) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (e) "notification" means a notification published in the Official Gazette, and the expression "notified" shall be construed accordingly; (f) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
