10. Procedure for the translation of documents for the court.—(1) Every translator empanelled by the court shall, before undertaking the translation of documents for the court, intimate the High Court in writing, specifying the record concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The High Court may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
