60. Repeal of certain Acts and savings.—(1) The Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 are hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal [...] anything done or any action taken, including any grant of licence, registration or assignment [...] under the repealed enactments shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act [...]
