Recital: "In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 2017), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Rules, namely:".
