NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2024
S.O. 3595(E).
Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule for building, maintenance, management and operation of a national highway; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule is required for the aforesaid purpose, and directs that the land described in the Schedule be acquired.
SCHEDULE
In the State of the State: land measuring 67 hectares in the villages named in the plan available with the State Transport Authority.
