ORDER

Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form G to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form G to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
