ORDER

Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall furnish Form 2 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 2 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
