ORDER

Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 3 to the State Government within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 3 to the State Government within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
