ORDER
Subject: The working of a distillery by distillers under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every distiller carrying on the working of a distillery shall furnish Form H to the Collector within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every distiller carrying on the working of a distillery shall make an application in Form H to the Collector within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a distillery is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
