ORDER

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form H to the District Authority within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form H to the District Authority within one day, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
