ORDER

Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form H to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form H to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
