ORDER

Subject: The transport of hazardous chemicals by transporters of hazardous chemicals under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every transporter of hazardous chemicals carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall furnish Form F to the State Executive Committee within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every transporter of hazardous chemicals carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall make an application in Form F to the State Executive Committee within one day, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the transport of hazardous chemicals is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
