ORDER
Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form G to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form G to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
