ORDER
Subject: The execution of relief works by contractors for relief works under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish Form F to the State Executive Committee within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall make an application in Form F to the State Executive Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of relief works is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
