ORDER
Subject: Dealing in excisable articles by dealers under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Inspector of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall furnish Form H to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall make an application in Form H to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in excisable articles is undertaken, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
