ORDER

Subject: The manufacture of denatured spirit by manufacturers of denatured spirit under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall furnish Form D to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall make an application in Form D to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of denatured spirit is undertaken, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
