ORDER
Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form E to the State Executive Committee within one day.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form E to the State Executive Committee within one day, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
