ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form C to the Licensing Authority within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form C to the Licensing Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
